This venue was perfect for our contempo August Wedding. The location is gorgeous overlooking the ocean in La Jolla. Nosotros used Pocket Park for our ceremony and the terrace and coast room for our reception. As such the entire ceremony and reception overlooked the beautiful view of the water, providing an splendid back drop for the events. The space was easy to work with and provided a clean palette for our coordinator and florist to piece of work with for pattern. The issue staff at the Museum were piece of cake to work with and collaborated excellently with our coordinator and other vendors. The event staff was able to provide guidance on ideas, only did non boss the planning and design process.

The surrounding area was perfect and the near-by Scripps Inn was a perfect place for the girls to get ready. In improver, the near-by Best Western provided an excellent place for many of our family unit and out of town guests. Equally such, all of our wedding events, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner, hotel, wedding, and reception were all within easy walking distance for young and old. This actually helped everyone relax throughout the weekend.

I highly recommend the Museum to anyone!

My fiance and I had our reception at the MOCA in la jolla and were so happy with the venue! Eric, the special events coordinator for the museum, is so nice, he gave u.s.a. a friendly bout, accomodated all our special requests and made everything easy. The venue is so pretty at night, peculiarly now with their new installation. The candles on the window ledges and the sea air in the background are magical. Information technology is one of the few places that you can find a modern, virtually edgy venue right on the embankment in San Diego.
